services will allow you to feel confident about your Linux firewall
solution and give you more time to focus on other areas of your IT
infrastructure. These services include:
- Firewall Installation Service: $899
- Includes fBuilder Plus
- Installation of fBuilder
- Setup of firewall rules to your specification
- Plus Silver Maintenance Contract: $69/mo**
- 24-hour response time, Monday thru Friday, 8am - 8pm EST.
- 5 firewall changes per month
- Free updates of fBuilder Plus
- Plus Gold Maintenance Contract: $149/mo**
- 4-hour response time, Monday thru Friday, 8am - 8pm EST.
- 5 firewall changes per month
- Free updates of fBuilder Plus
- Plus Platinum Maintenance Contract: $249/mo**
- 4-hour response time, 7 days a week, 8am - 8pm EST.
- 5 firewall changes per month
- Free updates of fBuilder Plus
- Flat fee firewall change: $120 per incident
- No maintenance contract required
- 4-hour response time, 7 days a week, 8am - 8pm EST.

Terms of Service:
- A change constitutes any combination of up to 10 inserts/edits/deletes to
an existing firewall. All changes must be received in writing before
execution.
- The customer is responsible for researching the ports that need to be
open for a given application. InnerTek will research this for the customer at a
billing rate of $150 per hour.
- Fixed rate installations include up to 75 rules per chain / $10/ea for
additional rules.
- The customer is resposible for having a current copy of
Linux running for all fixed rate installations.
**Monthly fee billed quarterly with a 3 month minimum
